H	Hiroyuki Tamada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューメンと餃子3個を頂きました。麺は2人前ずつしか茹でない為か、出てくるまでかなり時間がかかった。しかし店内に「急ぎの方はやめた方がいい」と告知してあるので待つ覚悟はできる。 20分ほど待ち提供される。透き通ったスープにデカいチャーシューの塊が3個！最初にスープ、最初は少し薄いかなぁと思いきや食べてる内にあとを引く！絶妙な味です！！次に麺は少し太さにバラつきがある平打ち麺。当然茹で加減も少しバラつきが出てる。ラーメンより煮麺に近い印象だった。チャーシュー、ちょっと残念だったのがチャーシューの塊が冷たいのでスープが冷める。柔らかくて味はすごくいいだけに残念だった。餃子は3個と6個が選べる。丸々とした皮はモチモチの肉餃子！下味はかなり薄めだ。珍しくキャベツの千切りが付け合わせ。店内に色々貼り紙してあり不安になりましたが、店主の感じも良くトータル的にかなりクオリティ高いと思いました。スープまで完飲しました！ I received 3 pieces of char-shumen and gyoza.
