い	いくみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンとチャーシュー丼をいただきました。天一の濃厚なスープと味噌の相性がばっちりで美味しかったです。この辺りで濃厚系味噌を食べるのであれば1番粘度が高いのではないでしょうか。とはいえデフォで890円という高めではあるのでコスパは良くはないです。チャーシュー丼はトッピングのチャーシューとは異なり甘め濃いめの味付けです。 2022.03再訪屋台の味(790円)をいただきました。前々から気になっていたこってりとあっさりの中間味と説明があるメニューです。味から察するにこってりとあっさりのWスープかと思います。こってりでは感じ難い塩気や出汁の濃さが粘度が下がる事によって表面に出てきていて、思った以上にハマっていて美味しかったです。チャーシューもこってりは確か1枚だったのが2枚載っていたので、粘度をそこまで欲さない方にはお得かと思います。なかなか天一に来て頼む事はないですが、今度は頑張ってあっさりも頼んでみたいと思いました。 I had miso ramen and char siu bowl. Ordered the miso ramen set 1300 which includes standard service set ramen, fired rice and gyoza - the or ding system was very confusing. The guy behind the counter had to explain not only to me but to numerous people who came in while I was there. The ramen was ok - not bad nor great. Fried rice and gyoza were also average.
