別に本店だからといって、アルバイトなので他店とかわらない。
The noodles were overcooked and too soft.
Mita-seimen-jo is a kind of chain Ramen shops, but this place is the original first one.
However the operation is done by young boys (maybe part time) and the quality is the same as the other chain shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste much better than other tsukemen i've tried before. The soup is thick and not too salty like other restaurants. Great combination of cold noodles and hot soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as good as ramen 一燈 in shin-koiwa(the very famous one) I would say it's the same bang for your buck. It taste good but not as refined as ramen 一燈。I'd describe the taste as somewhere between 2nd rate and first rate.
