Y	Yusuke Masuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 府中学園通りにある本格手打ち蕎麦知人の勧めで家族と夕食にお邪魔しました。店内は清潔で整頓された和モダンな雰囲気。テーブル席が4席と、カウンターに5～6席。小さなお店というわけではないが、厨房のご主人とホールのおかみさん2人でさばくにはちょうどよいサイズ。夕食には少し早めに伺いましたが、既に二組ほどいらして、その後も席を確認する電話や、お客様が次から次へと。立地からは想像できない人気のお店。料理が出てくると、それも納得。どれも絶妙に美味しくて、蕎麦はもちろん、サイドメニューに至るまでかなりハイレベルの品々。ついつい一杯飲みたくて、妻に運転をお願いしてお酒を少しいただきました。時々美味しいお蕎麦が食べたいなと思うことがありましたが、気軽に行ける近場で、なかなかお気に入りを見つけられないでいたけど、ここを見つけて、今後困ることはなくなりそうです。お店に伺う際は、一度席の状況を、確認した上で向かうことをオススメします。 Authentic handmade soba on Fuchu Gakuen Dori At the recommendation of an acquaintance, I went to dinner with my family.
