渋谷宮益坂ふもとあたりにあるクリニック。オンライン予約できるから待ち時間0。事前問診もオンラインでできるなら、いきなり本題に入れる治療。 クレジットカードも登録してるから治療終わったら1階の薬局に直行、薬出てくる待ち時間もなし！（たぶん処方箋を院内で回してくれてるから） DXされた現代のクリニックって感じだけど、一階でお茶も出してくれててフレンドリーな店員さんがいて、それもいい！

はじめての診察でしたが、とても良い印象を受けました。まず、クリニックとは思えないくらいオシャレで落ち着く空間で、木製家具で統一されています。 また看護師さんは美人が多く、素敵な笑顔で迎えてくれます。 診察は、山東先生に診察して頂きました。 丁寧に診察をしてくださり、先生の意見も含めてオススメを紹介して下さいました。 とても美容に熱心なのが、話していてわかるくらい熱心に話してくださいます。 引き継ぎお願いしたいと思います。 是非ともオススメのクリニックです。

クチコミのよい泌尿器科を渋谷で探していこう、と思い検索。星4つ超えていたので、クリニックでこれくらい高いのは余りなく、どのクチコミをみてもスムーズでよかったと。 新患でもすぐ予約をネットで取れますし、すべて個室対応。クリニックでは珍しい、医師が患者のところに来る、という対応でした。 個人的に入口から医科への階段が分かりづらく(入りづらい笑)、恐る恐る行きました笑。 15分前くらいに行ったら、個室がまだ空いておらず、下のカフェ？みたいなところで時間つぶしてからまた来てねって感じでした！ 先生もとても丁寧にお話をしてくださり、その結果も他のクリニックだと口頭のみですが、LINEで再度送ってくれて、とてもわかりやすく親切だと思います。 最速 最短 の分野でもとても良いと思いました！ありがとうございます。

本日急な予約で初めて訪れました。スムーズに個室に案内され、とても丁寧な対応。医師の方もとても丁寧で診察して下さり、受診当日に本日の診察についてのラインでの説明も送って頂きました。会計も個室にいる間に終わり下の調剤で薬局で受け取り、仕事の昼休みに行ったのですが、対応が早くお昼ご飯まできちんと食べることが出来ました。全てに期待以上の満足でこれからも是非通わせて頂きたい。と心から思いました。コロナ感染が気になる今全て個室で待ち、診察、会計まで済んだことも素晴らしいと思いました。本当なは待ち時間ゼロでした。

健康診断で利用しました。あらゆる面でノンストレスで、まさに次世代の病院！と感動しました。事前にオンライン問診があり、決済もクレジットカードなので、健康診断にかかっていた時間はほんの15-20分程度だったと思います。患者1人に当たり1室の個室を用意いただき、先生が来てくれるスタイルも斬新です。コロナ禍で他の患者さんとの接触が避けられるのはとても安心感があるなと思いました。おしゃれで落ち着く内装にもとても癒されました！ありがとうございます。

Very nice clinic, no waiting time. Was a bit nervous as I don’t speak Japanese but the doctor and nurses were very caring and friendly. Highly recommend.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Very smooth and efficient. No waiting time. Really liked the bgm too:) This is definitely my go to clinic in Tokyo!!

I made a reservation online because I was in excruciating pain, and despite arriving 5 to 10 minutes before my appointed time, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting with no one coming, I had to go looking for a nurse. Despite that, the doctor didn't come until 10 minutes later. The doctor that came apologized for the lateness, but told me that in the end, I would have to wait more. He asked, "what I had". If I need what was wrong with me I wouldn't go to a clinic to start with. He ended with a "We might not be able to help you". Those aren't the words I want to hear from a doctor when I have been in pain for 2 days. He left and I had to wait for another doctor to actually come and visit me. When he finally came, it felt rushed, like he didn't want to be there as in he had better things to do. Looked at my problem and literally said "I don't know what's wrong." Another set of words I do not want to hear from a doctor. Told me "go to this kind of specialist" and that was it. Gave me a prescription for medicine for a problem he doesn't know how to solve and asked a nurse to take off some blood for testing. I don't know why he wanted to do blood testing when the doctor told me to go to a specialist. And he didn't even bother to recommend anyone he knew of. I left the clinic but I broke down in tears as soon as the kind pharmacist started talking to me. Couldn't stop crying in pain and frustration as I left the building. In pain, I went to another clinic where they treated me with more kindness and speed than here. Long story short, I was there for an hour just to be turned away with no solutions and a bill. I will not be coming back, not even for a follow-up on my blood test, and I will not recommend it to anyone. So much for "or if you are not feeling well or do not know what department to go to, you can consult with us (...) After conducting a medical examination, we will show you what to do next. (...) Clinic TEN aims to be a family clinic where you can consult even trivial matters. We will provide you with a polite and intense time that weaves into a smart experience."
