リスクすぎ。 一般患者とPCR陽性患者を同じ待合室で待たせる対応にはゾッとした。 クリニックってこんな対応なの??? コロナ患者増える可能性も普通にあると思います。

健康診断で伺いました。無料PCR検査を受ける方と健康診断が同じフロアだったり、エレベーター内でPCR検査目的の方と相乗りになる点に不安を感じました。無料PCR検査は無症状の方のみ検査対象のようですが、それにしても感染対策としてどうなのか疑問に思いました。 健康診断の方はスムーズに進み応対も感じが良かったです。

健康診断を受けたあとの説明が無料できけるということなので、口コミで評判のいい先生の診察日を選んで受けてきました。 結果は、予想以上に満足でした! 懇切丁寧でいろいろすごく親切に教えてもらえました。 今後も何かあったら通いたいなと思いました。 ただ、もうすぐその先生は異動になるみたいです・・・。 せっかく見つけたのに悲しい。

健康診断で伺いました。 受付が冷たいなどの評価を見かけましたが全くそんなことはなく、実際のところ応対する言葉がテンプレ感がありなんとなく業務的過ぎるかなと感じる対応ではありましたが、とても丁寧な対応を意識した結果なのでは無いかとも感じました。 さらに検査をしてくださる先生方がとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。 施設内も清潔感があり、とても好感を持てると思いました。 待合室の椅子に一部背もたれが壊れかけている物があるというのと、検査着に着替えた際、足が大き過ぎてスリッパに入らず相談をした所大きなサイズも無いとの事で、10分ほど探してもらった後で結局土足で受ける事になったのでほんの少し残念ポイントかなと感じました。

健康診断を受けてきました。 【受付】→基本的には丁寧な印象。僕の対応をしてくれた人が新人なのか、時間どおりに行ったけど10分くらい待たされた。終始テンパって何故かキレ気味なのが謎だった。これは運が悪かった。【検査】→かなりの人数が受けてたが、看護師が優秀な方が多い印象で、スムーズに回っていて待ち時間も少なかった◎。混んでるのに愛想もいいし、しっかりしてた。 【医者の診断】→これが最悪。聴診器あてられる。「はい、終わりです。資料持って受付言って下さい。」30秒で終了。聞いてみたいこともあったのに、やる気0のメガネ医者で最悪だった。なんのためのWEB診断やねん。聴診器あてるだけの診断ならオプションにしてくれ。絶対外すから。

日時変更フォームから送ってもできてないし、こちらが何度も連絡してやっと応対。謝罪も経緯説明もしようとしない。 やっと連絡ついたのでメールで日時くださいとお願いしたら、はい分かりましたと言ったのに事務の人が処理せずにそのまま年末休暇に入ってた。受診ひとつ苦労する。 受付さんや看護師さんは感じが良いです。でも健康診断とPCR検査のフロア同じにしないで欲しい。むやみに感染する。 二度と使いたくない

I visited this clinic for COVID19-PCR test before returning to my country. The doctor (Dr. Yamamoto, if i remember correctly=_=) in charge was a very gentle nice guy, spoke fluent english, and explained my concerns very well. Not everyone speaks English, but the clinic is very responsive and I would recommend it. It is also conveniently located in the center of the Shibuya station. There is a Disney Store next door. edit; I got another chance to visit this clinic. He is still there! thanx doc!!
