★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水出しコーヒー（400円）をいただいたが、これが爽やかな酸味と素晴らしい香りがする絶品コーヒーです。ダッチ式で入れてるそうで8時間くらいかけて一滴一滴抽出したコーヒーは雑味が一切ないクリアでフレッシュな一品でございました。
ガムシロやミルクは入れません。ありません。ストローを使うと香りが楽しめないのでありません。
豆もカタチや大きさが揃った素晴らしい品質で香りも最高級品のそれです。
丁寧にハンドピックもされており、拘りも半端なく、妥協なくやっておられました。
これぞ嗜好品。見た目は古い店ですが近くに立ち寄られた際は是非、ここのコーヒーを飲んでいかれてはどうかと思います。そんなお店です。
