★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京には町中に昔ながらのお豆腐屋さんがたくさんありますよね。こちらもブラブラ散歩しているときに見つけたお豆腐屋さんです。細い道路に面しているので、自転車を止めるのも気を使うようなところにありますが、お豆腐は本当に美味しいです。ニガリ臭さや大豆の臭さとは無縁の、本当に旨い豆腐が食べられます。うちからは少し遠いのですが、ここに来るための散歩が増えそうな予感がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お豆腐だけじゃなく産地直送の長ネギ、白菜の漬物、お取り寄せ産直野菜もおすすめです。
油揚げ、がんもは夕方には売り切れてること多いです。がんも、油揚げは、グリルで軽くあぶると外はサクッと中はふんわりしてておつまみに最高です。
手作りのおからは、ひじき、にんじんなど色々入っていて、もうこちらのしか食べれないです。笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔はこの通りにも青果店、精肉店、米屋、パン屋などがあって商店街の体を成していましたが、今ではこの豆腐屋さんだけになってしまいました。年配のご夫婦が毎日美味しい豆腐を作ってくれています。スーパーで売っている豆腐と比べると値段は高めですが、その価格に見合うだけの美味しさがあります。豆腐だけでなく、油揚げや生揚げやがんもどきもいいですね。大量生産品にはないしっかりとした存在感があります。こういう豆腐を食べて育つ子供は幸せですね。オススメです。
