お着物についてあまり知識がなかったのですが、分からない事や必要な物などを一つ一つ丁寧に教えて下さり、とても助かりました。

The female clerk and the two customers were wonderful.
I didn't find what I was looking for at this store, so I contacted other stores and warehouses.
I didn't know much about kimono, but I was very helpful to teach me what I didn't understand and what I needed.

仕事帰りに値段の安い袷が売っていて気になっており、急な用で帯上げと帯締めを買うことになってここで購入した。(4月ごろ) 対応はまあまあ、しかも色のセレクトもしてくれて助かった。
6月になる前に再度訪れたが、前に応対してくれた店員はおらず、また店員も高そうな着物(訪問着だった)を進めてくるので練習用の帯だけ購入して帰ってきた。
品物はネットで買うのが不安な人はここで買うと良い感じ。値段は安いのもあれば高いのもあるので、ニーズに合ってるのを買えばいいと思う。
A shop specializing in kimono reuse.
I was worried that cheap linen was being sold on the way home from work. (April) Correspondence was OK, and color selection helped.
I visited again before June, but there was no clerk who responded before, and the clerk also proceeded with a kimono that seemed expensive (it was a visitor's clothes), so I purchased only a practice belt and came back Was.
People who are worried about buying goods online are good to buy here. Some are cheap and some are expensive, so I think you should buy one that meets your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here are very sweet and helped me to try on the yukata before buying. It's so stunning and came in at half the price that i thought it would be but still very good quality. Even with the language barrier I felt well looked after and they didn't push me to buy anything unecessary. I'm also a lot rounder than most people but she reassured me it fit well and I looked good. Highly recommend :)
