エンジンオイル交換時に、あとどれくらいでタイヤ交換の時期だとか、プラグの状態はどうだとか、的確にアドバイスしてくれます。
選択肢は客に委ねられますので、押し付けられることはありません。

エンジンオイルの費用もお得な回数券？の様なものがあり、通えるならここにずっと通いたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スズキGSX125のセルが出先で回らなくなったので、たまたま近くにあった当店に修理を依頼。バッテリー交換とオイル交換で18,000円。結論から言うと満足度はかなり低い。
1, 整備工賃が高い割に整備明細を出していない。後で聞いたら（大手通販サイトで7000円弱の）バッテリー交換が工賃込みで1.5万強。通販より実店舗の部品代が多少高くなるのは仕方ないが、それでも交換工賃を乗せすぎ。適正な整備料金という自信があるなら、言われなくても整備明細を出すべき。
2, そもそも新車購入後１年程度のバッテリー上がりの応急処置として、充電でなく全交換が必要だったのか疑問が残る。
3, スズキのバイクにヤマハの純正オイルを入れている。それが原因でエンジンが故障するようなことはないと思うが、では純正オイルとは何なのか？これも応急修理なのだから余計なことはしないでほしい。
馴染みの客がこの店のサービス内容や方針に納得しているなら良いが、バイクに詳しくなかったり初見のお客さんは事前に整備内容をきっちり聞き、整備明細を要求すべきだと思う。

1, Maintenance details are not issued for the high maintenance wages. I heard later that battery replacement (a little less than 7,000 yen at a major mail order site) is over 15,000 including wages. It is unavoidable that the cost of parts in the actual store will be slightly higher than that of mail order, but even so, the replacement wages are too high. If you are confident that the maintenance fee is appropriate, you should issue a maintenance statement without being told.
2, In the first place, it is doubtful whether it was necessary to replace the battery completely instead of charging it as an emergency measure for about a year after purchasing a new car.
3, I put genuine Yamaha oil in Suzuki's motorcycle. I don't think it will cause the engine to break down, but what is genuine oil? This is also an emergency repair, so don't do anything extra.
It's okay if familiar customers are satisfied with the service content and policies of this store, but I think that customers who are not familiar with motorcycles or who are new to motorcycles should listen to the maintenance details in advance and request maintenance details.
