混雑時の診察の順番は後方になりますが、時間をかけて対応いたします。
■マスクの着用をしてください。できれば検温してきてください。
■37度以上の発熱のあるかたは受診を見合わせてください。
■混雑時、送迎のみでの同伴者の方は院外で待機してください。
■再診の方の午前の受付時間は１１時４５分までです。
■精神科は１８歳以上・内科は１５歳以上からの診察となります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診で予約時間に行っても50分近く放置。受付から案内もなくこちらから聞いて初めて謝罪の一言(一人だけ対応の丁寧な女性がいた)。
診察内容は他の医者を進めることと、他の医者を貶める内容ばかり。本当に医師か？
あと繰り返す同じ内容。時間で医療費が変わると言っていたが、引き延ばしか？雑談をしにきた訳ではない。こちらから話を合わせてとても苦しい時間だった。
結果苦しんでいる症状をなんとか伝えても勘違いのような素振り。苛々してると誰でも怒りっぽくなると症状を全否定。
こんなところに通っては治るものも治らない、ここに行ってから苛々が収まらず凄く調子が悪い。
院内の清潔感も無い。強迫性障害の患者も来る可能計がある場所で、あんな靴箱はどうかと思う。

There is no sense of cleanliness in the hospital. I wonder if such a shoe box is in a place where patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder may come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう通院して10年くらいでしょうか・・・先生は真面目に気さくにお話しを聞いてもらえます。院長先生の人柄がとても良いので何でも相談できます。私自身とても厳しい精神状態にあった時もありましたが院長先生のおかげで何とか乗り切り今では投薬治療で落ちついた日常を送れています。りんどうクリニックの最高にいいところは患者さんを薬漬けにしないところが素晴らしいと思います。体調が良くなって薬を減らしたいと思ったら院長先生に直ぐに相談されるといいと思います。私も薬を減らしたくて相談したら直ぐに減らして経過観察していただけました。今ではお薬半分以下で問題なく日常生活と仕事ができています。有難いです。
