★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人情報の流用(転売？)がひどい。賃貸契約書類を提出して2日後から怪しいマンションの売り込み電話が来るようになった。数ヶ月以上、ここ以外に電話番号を伝えたり登録してないし、それまでは売り込み電話も無かったので判りやすすぎた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAXは誤送信してくるし、そのことを指摘しても謝罪もできない最低な不動産屋です。しかも誤送信したFAXは、6通の全部事項証明書です。
法務局へ行けば誰でも取得できるものですが、それを誤って個人宅へ誤送信後の電話攻撃。
ここで賃貸契約等をされる方は、気をつけた方がイイですよ。不動産契約は個人情報を取り扱いますからね。
FAX is the worst real estate agent who sends mistakes and cannot apologize even if you point out that. Moreover, the fax sent by mistake is a certificate of all 6 items.
