★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 付近の同業他社からは評判がいいようですが、実際数年間こちらの管理物件に住んだ感想としては最悪の業者と言わざるを得ません。古くて劣悪な環境の物件を多く扱っていますね。
退去時に敷金が全く返金されず、明細を出してもらうとこじつけや漠然とした内容で驚きました。かなり高齢の独居老人ならこういう不動産屋は向いているんじゃないでしょうか？
非常に不快な思いを数々させられた不動産屋でした。
It seems to have a good reputation from other companies in the area, but I have to say that it is the worst trader who actually lived in this property for several years. You are dealing with a lot of old and poor environment properties.
The deposit was not refunded at the time of departure, and I was surprised at the details and vague content when I got a statement. Isn't this kind of real estate agent suitable for a very elderly person living alone?
