コロッケはほっくりしたジャガイモの甘みをシンプルに感じられるもので、都内あちこち食べ歩いた中でも一番美味しい。おそらくラードで揚げていて、冷めても美味しいし、テイクアウトして温めなおしても美味しい。こんなシンプルで美味しいものを作れる店はそうないと思います。
