★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏中華塩細麺を食べました。あつさりしていますが、程良く油分もあり美味しかったです。1/3くらいになった時に柚子酢を入れて味変してみました。さっぱり感が増して私は好きです。
I ate chicken Chinese salt thin noodles. It was hot, but it was delicious with a moderate amount of oil. When it became about 1/3, I added yuzu vinegar to change the taste. I like it because it feels refreshing.

数年前に一度来店して以来久しぶりに訪れたところ激辛ラーメンがありまして。
ベースのスープを壊さずしっかり辛い、スープを多く飲んでしまう魅力のある味わいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場が近いのでよく行かせて頂いています。さっぱりかと思いきや意外としっかりしたお味で食べ応えがありますね?何故か二日酔いのお昼に猛烈に食べたくなります（笑）お写真は、たまる中華、たまる中華ワンタン麺、赤たまるです?この三つがお気に入りだしんよ〜‼️3分の2を食したところで入れるゆず酢が最高です♪ 回転が早いので混んでいてもすぐに食にありつけます^ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月に一度は家族で訪問する近所の名店です。本日は、定番の「たまる中華そば」（太麺）を頂きました。太麺は白河ラーメンを彷彿させるモッチリ感がたまりません。麺とスープとの絶妙なバランスで鎮座するチャーシュー。そしてステーキのような歯ごたえで、猛烈に個性を主張するメンマが最高です。２／３ほど食してから、お酢を投入し、味変でスッキリした仕上げで二度楽しめます。
It is a well-known store in the neighborhood that the family visits once a month. Today, I had the classic "Tamaru Chinese noodles" (thick noodles). Thick noodles are irresistible, reminiscent of Shirakawa ramen. Char siu that sits in a perfect balance of noodles and soup. And Menma, which is chewy like a steak and insists on its individuality, is the best. After eating about 2/3, add vinegar and enjoy it twice with a refreshing finish.

鶏だし美味し〜。ワンタンはほんのりゴマ油がきいて、甘めのスープと共にテーブルのゆず酢が合う〜。
11時前後、仕事の合間などで来ているっぽい客層は老若男女。幅広く愛されてるなーと感じた。
