★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製煮干らー麺を食べました?中麺を平にして少し縮れていますがモチモチ感が有り?煮干出汁と良く絡んで美味しかった?味玉も一個入っていました。出汁の煮干感が良いね。しつこく無くそれにあっさり感でもなく、奥深さを感じて食べました。?

まず入ってから並び方の注意書きが。中で待てるのはマックス4人。それ以外は外で並んでくださいと。だいたいこの手の注意書きがある所は他にも一々注意ありそうでうるさそうだな…と思い店内を除いてみると…たくさんの注意書きが、笑
中にいる人たちはそれもあってか凄く静かでラーメン屋という感じはあまりなくという感じ。
まず食券を買おうと思いましたが店内にはラーメンの写真などがなく…券売機をみても文字だけですごく選びにくかったです。自分で携帯で調べ何が何なのか購入←失敗しました笑笑
頼みたいのでは無いのを頼んでいたみたい。分かりにくいです。初めて来る人には不親切かなと。券売機には麺の固さ調整は行なっていません！と書かれており食べる前からだいぶ上から目線なのかなー。という印象が…
ラーメン自体は連れと言ってたので写真を2種類。
私が食べたのは写真2枚目の煮干しそば。うーん。しょっぱいかな。麺の固さはしっかり固めで◎
連れのスープ(写真1枚目)こちらもしょっぱい…太麺、麺は結構柔らかめ。太麺でも固めを頼む人にとっては麺の固さを決めれないので残念かな。
チャーシューは柔らかくてレアなので良かったが、このチャーシューもしょっぱめ…ご飯がないと少しキツイ。
ラーメン屋さんなので
ナプキンだけではなくティッシュも欲しかったが無さげ。次行くのは1〜2年後とかかな。

注文した中華そばの味もこくの無いしょっぱいだけの味で残念でした…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観と違って中は、お洒落なラーメン屋さんです。11時30分オープンでTwitterでも情報発信しています。コロナ対策がしっかりしており、煮干しラーメンの麺がモチモチの平い麺でGood。丁寧な造りですがスープにエグ味が感じられ少ししょっぱめでした。待ち時間にトラブル防止の順番待ちカードとか写真付きのメニューが有ればと思いました。

どんぶりの中に小さな料理の一皿を表現したような。
小さなワンタンにしても塩加減豚の香り食感に至るまで旨い。
ラーメンが美しいのでインスタ映えしますが、ラーメン自体も岩手屈指の名店だと思います。
I feel particular about all the soup and ingredients.
It's like expressing a small dish in a bowl.
Even a small wonton is delicious with the aroma and texture of salted pork.
The ramen is beautiful, so it looks great on Instagram, but I think the ramen itself is one of the best restaurants in Iwate.

味玉、ワンタンなどトッピングが豪華で嬉しい内容でした！
私のお気に入りはモチモチした皮のワンタン?
具も大きく食べ応えがあり美味しかったです！
麺は平打ちでこちらもモチモチ麺。
なかなか見かけないですが私好みでした☺️
