★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方行ったが···持ち帰り弁当優先で店内客放ったらかしで20分以上待ったが呆れて帰って来た。なんの為の呼び出しボタンなのか?全く役にたってない。なので、店内飲食するのであれば客の捌き方が上手い系列店舗に行く事をオススメする···此処はダメ?
 I went there in the evening, but ... I waited for more than 20 minutes as if I had left the customers in the store with priority on take-out lunch boxes, but I was amazed and came back. What is the call button for? It's completely useless. So, if you want to eat and drink in the store, I recommend you to go to an affiliated store that handles customers well ..... this is not good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文したラ-メンとは違った物を持って来られ、注文した物ではない事を伝えると、一度引き上げて行き、厨房で何やら手を加えて、又持って来ましたが⁉️更に頼んだ物とは程遠い物になり、置いて行かれましたが、この対応如何なものでしょうか❓❓
とてもまかり通る物では無いと思います.....。
商品はチョト食べましたが⁉️さすがにメニューに無い物は食べれませんでした。
でも支払いは致しました---非常に不愉快でした。
多分この系列店には行く事はないでしょう‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗も新しいため綺麗。店員さんの感じも良かった。敷地内に他の店舗もあるため駐車場も広く了解しやすいが中央分離帯があるため北進の際は信号のある交差点を右折してから施設駐車場に向かうため少しだけ出入りしにくい。ひさしぶりに幸楽苑の餃子を食べたけど記憶してたより美味しかった。
The store is new and beautiful. The clerk's feeling was also good. Since there are other stores on the premises, the parking lot is wide and easy to understand, but since there is a median strip, it is a little difficult to get in and out because there is a median strip and you turn right at the intersection with a traffic light before heading to the facility parking lot. I ate Kourakuen dumplings for the first time in a long time, but it was better than I remembered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岩手医科大附属病院に通院のついでに来店、ランチメニューのラーメン+ベジタブル餃子を頂きました。この値段でこの味ならお得ですよね。
I visited Iwate Medical University Hospital while visiting the hospital and had a lunch menu of ramen + vegetable dumplings. This taste is a great deal at this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗は駐車場内一角にあり、駐車場には困りません。注文は着席してメニューを見て選べるタイプでせかされる事なく落ち着きます。店内は綺麗。極上中華そば麺大盛を食べました。率直にスープは美味しかったです。甘すぎず、塩辛過ぎず。麺は極細縮れ麺が合うかと思いました。幸楽苑独自の麺も美味しいですが！各種ラーメンの価格帯が安くて気軽に入れるラーメン屋さんです。
The store is located in a corner of the parking lot, so there is no problem with the parking lot. The order can be settled without being rushed by the type that you can choose by sitting down and looking at the menu. The inside of the store is beautiful. I ate the finest Chinese noodles. Frankly the soup was delicious. Not too sweet and not too salty. I wondered if the noodles would go well with the extra-fine curly noodles. Kourakuen's original noodles are also delicious! It is a ramen shop where you can easily enter various ramen at a low price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リーズナブルにラーメンを食べられるチェーン系喜多方ラーメンのお店です。最近は500円以下で食べられるラーメン店も少なくなってきた中、お手軽に食べたい方々にとっての良い候補になるお店だと思いました。
新・極上中華そばがおすすめです。麺は太めのつるっとしたもので、薄く硬めの叉焼が4枚載っています。スープは醤油のほうがオススメではありますが、好みで味噌にしても良いと思います。格別に何かが優れているというわけではありませんが、ハズレのない安定したシンプルなラーメンです。味噌ラーメンは野菜も量も多めで、看板の通り野菜に期待する方にはおすすめです。
サイドメニュー類も同様で、お安くそれなりのボリュームを食べることができます。一品追加するのであれば餃子をおすすめします。また、セットメニューもありますので物足りないという方はこちらを注文すると良いでしょう。但し値段もそれなりになります。お子様用メニューなどもあり、こちらも非常にリーズナブルに食事ができます。
駐車場は近隣施設と共用ですが、埋まっていることはほぼありません。車椅子での入店は可能ですが、通路はやや狭めです。支払いは現金のみでした。

There is also a set menu, so if you are unsatisfied you should order this. However, the price will be reasonable. There is also a children's menu, which you can also eat at a very reasonable price.
The parking lot is shared with neighboring facilities, but it is almost never filled. Wheelchair access is possible, but the passage is rather narrow. The payment was cash only.

どのラーメン、チャーハンをたべても塩分がだいたい同じ感じを受けました。
自分にはちょっと甘口かな？
でもスープが最後まで飲み干せる
スープがさめてもしょっぱくないです。
