吉	吉里吉里人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日、11時半頃に訪問し昼12時前には席が全て埋まりました。平日でも昼前から混んでいますので、早めの入店をお勧めします。秋田は大曲が本店らしい。店内はオープン当初からザ・職人のお店という雰囲気で、余計な飾り付けほとんどありません。席はカウンターのみ。包み隠さず煮干しのダンボールが積み重なっており、他の方のクチコミにあるように賛否が分かれるところだ。個人的には、気にならない。うまけりゃよし。喜多方らーめんと今流行りの濃厚煮干しらーめんを注文。喜多方らーめん、本場の味とはまた違うものと感じましたがチャーシュー多めの優しい醤油味でした。濃厚煮干しらーめん、シンプルにうまいし、みじん切りの玉ねぎがスープとの相性が良い。また、食後に無駄な雑味が残らず、濃厚ながらスッキリした印象です。家族、会社の同僚問わず入りやすいお店です。 I visited at about 11:30 on Sunday and all seats were filled before 12:00 noon.
