鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桜山にあるスーパー「クック瑞穂」の中に入っているお肉屋さんです、休日の午後に利用してみました。お肉はもちろんですがコロッケやとんかつなどの揚げ物も売っています、お肉屋さんの揚げ物って好きなんですよね、ついつい買ってしまいます。今回もコロッケとメンチカツを購入、コロッケはとろとろのお芋にお肉や野菜の存在感もしっかり感じられてシンプルに美味しいコロッケですね、メンチカツもしっかりしたお肉の味が感じられてタマネギの食感も心地よく普通に美味しかったです。それと自分で調理するタイプのハンバーグも購入してみたのですがコレもなかなかに美味、ジューシーでお肉の旨みもしっかり感じられて普通にお店で出せるレベルのハンバーグでしたね、調理が上手かったってのもあるかもですが(笑) やっぱりお肉屋さんの揚げ物ってイイですね、近くに来たときにはまた購入してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。 It's a butcher in the supermarket "Cook Mizuho" in Sakurayama, so I used it on a holiday afternoon.
