 It will entertain you with carefully selected ingredients and ingenious cooking. The main fish, Wagyu beef, is also delicious, but the three appetizers are excellent. Good sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい。特にフォアグラが今まで食べたフォアグラの中で一番。フランス産フォアグラのポワレに根セロリとかバニラ風味の泡が合わさって異次元なことになってる。毎シーズン行きたい。他の人も言及してるけど空間とかは普通なので味を楽しみに行く店だと思う。
delicious. Especially the best foie gras I have ever eaten. French foie gras poele combined with root celery and vanilla-flavored foam makes it a different dimension. I want to go every season. Others have mentioned it, but the space is normal, so I think it's a restaurant where you can enjoy the taste.

ミシュラン4年連続一ツ星獲得されているお店です！
今回は、記念日に訪れたのですが、最初から最後までおもてなしが最高級でした！
お料理ひとつひとつにストーリーがあり、
そのストーリーを紹介する紙芝居のようにカードをお見せくださいました。
（ちなみにそのカードはお持ち帰りできます♪）
とにかく全てが美味しいです！感動しました。
世界三大珍味のキャビア、トリュフ、フォアグラを一度のコースで頂けるのはとっても贅沢で幸せでした♡(*^^*)
事前に予約の際に、苦手な食材などを記載すると、ご丁寧に『〇〇は大丈夫でしょうか？』と確認いただいたり、様々な配慮が行き届いているなと感じました！
毎月コースメニューが変わるそうで、
ぜひ記念日にまた行きたいと思います♡

Michelin is a restaurant that has been awarded one star for four consecutive years!
This time, I visited on an anniversary, and the hospitality was the highest from the beginning to the end!
Each dish has a story,

Everything is delicious anyway! I was impressed.
It was very luxurious and happy to be able to enjoy the world's three delicacies of caviar, truffles and foie gras in one course ♡ (* ^^ *)
When making a reservation in advance, if you mention the ingredients that you are not good at, you will be politely asked, "Is OO okay? I felt that various considerations were taken into consideration!
It seems that the course menu changes every month,
I definitely want to go to the anniversary again ♡

The chef did a fantastic job of blending fresh ingredients, mixture of different ingredients that expand your tastebud, and the sommelier did a great job of selecting tasty wines that pair well with the dinner. You can expect classic French cousins like Foie Gras, abalone, caviar, perfectly cook Wagyu steak, desserts, etc. All in all, highly recommended!
