★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高遠そばを注文、蕎麦自体は硬めで少し短めに切り揃えられており、食べやすいです。
高遠そばは辛味大根を薬味に使う蕎麦で、冬に近づくほど辛くなるとのこと。普通のおろしそばもありますが、別物だとおもっていいです。
蕎麦つゆは出汁の香りが際立っており味も丁度いいです。観光地なのでおしゃれなたたずまいなのもいいです。

お蕎麦はとても美味しく、店員さんがとても対応がよくて食後のコーヒーも美味しかったです‼︎
居心地の良い空間で実家に帰ってきたようなそんな時間でした！
また栃木に訪れた際には足を運びたいと思います！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物、たたずまいは古き良き時代を彷彿させて、とても雰囲気のあるお店となっております。蕎麦の味は、、好みがあるでしょうが、自分には少し淡白すぎる感じがしてもの足りませんでした。
The building and appearance are reminiscent of the good old days, and the shop has a very atmosphere. The taste of soba may be a taste, but it wasn't enough for me to feel a little too pale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨汁のお蕎麦が食べたくなって初めて入りました。 鴨のつけ汁蕎麦を食べましたが だしが効いていて とても美味しかったです‼️
お蕎麦は10割蕎麦なので切れやすいから冷やしの方が おすすめとの説明がありました。
お店も古民家風で､とても情緒があります。店員さんも感じが良いです。
緊急事態解除で、他県からも大分来ていました。
