態度は悪いわ、説明は適当だわ、机は汚いわ、ドリンク遅いわ、デザートのあとに肉が出るわ、顔の前になんの断りもなくずけずけと腕を出すわ、挨拶もできないわで結構やばい店だなあと。
時期的に苦しいのかもですがそんなんやってたら潰れるし、店員の名前も全部覚えたレベルで残念。
看板商品であろう肉寿司も米がパサパサで残念。連れてきた友だちとかが可愛そうになるレベル。
むしろお店の残念さ下限に花を咲かせ、友達との友情を深めるには丁度いい店でしょう
店の中に飾ってあるドラゴンズ選手のサインやユニフォームはブラフかも?
肉自体は美味しい部類と思います。
ただそれを全部打ち消すかのように駄目な要素で埋め尽くされマイナスをむしろつけたいぐらいの感じ。
新しいお店で立地もいいのに残念。こんな地代の高そうなところでやっていける店なのかな?
だとしたら、ほかの採算取れている事業にお金を回したほうがいいですよ。会社の評判を落とす非採算事業の代名詞とも呼べるお店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デートで利用しました。入店したら店員さんが電話対応中でした。電話対応中でも会釈くらいできると思うのにこちらに一切視線を向けることなく、しかもカウンターに肘を付きながら電話。他の店員さんもしばらく来なくて入り口で待ちぼうけ。やっと店員さんが案内してくれて注文するも、ドリンクすら待てど暮らせど来ない。後から来た隣のお客さんの料理がでてきたのでさすがにおかしいと思い店員さんに「何もでてこないけどオーダー通ってますか？」と聞くも、こちらの問に謝罪どころか返事すらなく従業員同士で喋ったあと何事もなかったかのようにまた調理していました。こんなに気分の悪い接客は初めてです。他の方たちの口コミも従業員の接客の悪さが目立っていますが納得です。☆1すらつけたくないむしろマイナスです。オーナーの方が返信しているのも見ましたがクレームに対しては同じ文面。本当に反省して指導しているんでしょうか？二度と行かないですし、改善されなければいずれは潰れると思います。

馬肉の赤身とたてがみでまかれた寿司は
ソースも濃厚でこれまた美味しいです！
肉に合うお酒は日本酒やワインも豊富で
バローロが5,290円と超コスパも魅力的。
スタッフの接客も親切丁寧で居心地よく
気がついたら３時間が経過するほど…
とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
セッティングしてくれた友達に感謝です。

インスタみて来店しましたが
料理は自分が思ってたほど感動せずでした。
馬刺しも他店で食べた方がおいしかったです。
お会計時にスタッフが謝ってくれたけど2時間いて最初に注文した料理が全部来てなかったのはさすがに遅いと思った、、
もうリピはしないかな、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made a appointment to pre-order a set dinner before but the speed of making food is really really slow. It made me so disappointed. The set of dinner have 6 dishes. But the total time of waiting the whole dishes is 2 hours. There were not so many people there. I would not recommend traveller to come here because I think I was prejudiced.
P.S. I come from Hong Kong.
