あわびの写真を撮り忘れたーって友達と話してたら、アワビを撮影用に持ってきてくれたり(笑)
雰囲気などもよく、二回目ですが、ランチもディナーも気に入りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚記念日に家族で利用しました。味、サービス共に素晴らしく、池袋で堪能できるステーキのお店としては間違いなく上位に入ると思います。特に溶けるほど柔らかいフィレが絶品なのでサーロインと迷った時はフィレがお勧めです。
I used it with my family on my wedding anniversary. The taste and service are excellent, and I think it will definitely rank high as a steak restaurant that you can enjoy in Ikebukuro. The fillet is especially soft enough to melt, so if you get lost with the sirloin, the fillet is recommended.

お酒を大量に飲むようなお店ではないので、ある程度の予算内で収まるので、逆に高級居酒屋とかにいくよりは全然安くなり

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲食店が多数入るビルの地下で、専用階段を下りて行きます。
店内は天井まで達する直径２ｍ位のガラス張りのワインセラー（たぶんオブジェ）を中心に、４等分されたドーナツ状のカウンター席が囲んでいます。１ブロックが５席なので、全部で20席ですかね。
この円形のカウンター席がメインですが、店の一角には半個室のスペースもあり、その仕切りのガラスには水が流れていて、池袋ではなく銀座･青山･六本木っぽい雰囲気となっています(笑)
客層は年輩の男性とお姉さんの２人組が基本だろうか。グループごとに間隔を空けて座らせてくれるので、隣の話し声は耳に入ってきません。
グループ毎に担当シェフが付き、焼く前に食材を見せて説明してくれます。
ちなみに、絶対やりそうな「ファイヤー！」の演出はありませんf(^^;

The inside of the store is surrounded by a donut-shaped counter seat divided into four equal parts, centered on a glass-enclosed wine cellar (probably an object) with a diameter of about 2 m that reaches the ceiling. There are 5 seats in one block, so it's 20 seats in total.
This circular counter seat is the main, but there is also a semi-private room space in one corner of the store, and water is flowing through the glass of the partition, and it has an atmosphere like Ginza, Aoyama, Roppongi instead of Ikebukuro ( smile)
Is the customer base basically a duo of an older man and an older sister? Each group sits at intervals, so you can't hear the voice next to you.
Each group has a chef in charge who will show you the ingredients and explain them before baking.
By the way, there is no production of "Fire!"
