★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汚い店内と仏頂面の婆さんが何も言わずに迎えてくれます。やっぱり店を出たくなったが清水の舞台から飛び降りたつもりでチャーハン大盛りと餃子を注文、餃子はまあ、普通。チャーハンはべちゃっとしていて油ギッシュでした、スープはしょっぱ、だけ。チャーハンも普通盛りでした。チャーハン油多めと聞き間違えたかな？近いけど2度と行かない

比較的サンマーメン食べる比率が高いです。飽きない味です。
All items are simple and light, but they have a gentle taste that you don't feel unsatisfactory.

ラーメンと半チャーハンにしてみました。ラーメンのスープは鶏ガラに薄口醤油という感じで、下町のさっぱり系中華ラーメンです。深みはありませんがバランの良い美味しさです。チャーハンは「味の素あじ」でご飯の水分が多いかな。刻んだナルトが入っています。
今回は塩分が丁度良い。味も前回と違うような。なぜですか。
ラーメンは以外にも魚介系の味です。透き通ったスープにカツオと煮干しのダシが効いています。ベースは鶏ガラです。店構えからしてオーソドックスな醤油ラーメンを想像していたのですが。少し驚きました。ただ・・・・・塩分が濃いですね。
チャーハンはお米の水分が多く食感が「べチャッ」としています。程良い鉄分の味はしますが、これもしょっぱい。塩分が多過ぎます。
地域に馴染んだ昔からの中華店という雰囲気で期待はしていたのですが、塩分の濃さが際立っていて熟練の深みを味わうことはできませんでした。
次回は定食にしてみますか。

Fried rice has a lot of water in the rice and the texture is "sticky". It tastes good iron, but it's also salty. There is too much salt.
I had expected it to be a traditional Chinese restaurant that was familiar to the area, but I couldn't taste the depth of skill because of the outstanding salt content.

地元民っぽいが客がマスクしないで大声で話してたのは気になった。
古い昔ながらのお店だし入り口に何も書かれていなかったからしょうがないか。

サンマーメンと餃子を頂きました。
野毛のサンマーメンが美味しい店を知っているのですが、そこと比べると素朴で優しめな味がします。麺も細く柔らかめ。しかしボリュームがすごい。
餃子は手作りなのか大きめで柔らかく味がしっかりついていました。
流行りに染まらない良いお店だと思います。
私は好きです。
