料理はご主人が作っていますが味も良く量も多くてお値段も割りと控え目、コロナ禍の中、出来うる限りの感染防止対策をとりながら営業されています。

他のメニューも期待できる‼️
半チャーンと担々麺のセット900円税込を食べた。
担々麺は辛さを聞いてくる、普通でもソコソコ辛いので、辛くするのは、普通を食べて、次回辛さ調整をした方が良い。後はラー油で調整すると良い。
担々麺は普通とは違い、タンメンのようにシャキシャキの野菜炒めが乗っていて、スープはやさしめだが、キチンと辛い‼️挽肉はスープの中に沈んでる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定食類は№１～５の『定食』と№６～８の『麺類・半チャーハンセット』が有り、値段も手頃価格なので、昼食に利用するには丁度良いかも知れません。料理は美味しいです。
スープが具沢山なのとデザートの杏仁豆腐が大切りでちょっと食べ応えが有ります。
＊価格は全て税込です。

妻がビールを注文｡私は運転の為我慢。すると私にサービスで烏龍茶！？を頂きました。ありがたい。
料理の味は総じて優しい味つけです。
濃い味好きな人には少し物足りないかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンマーメンを頂きました。塩辛そうに見えますが、良い塩梅で美味しく頂けました。野菜シャキシャキですが、全体的に油の使用料が多く胃がもたれます。その他、炒飯や餃子、麻婆豆腐も頂きました。きっとこのお店は炒め物と餃子が美味しいと思います。麻婆豆腐は日本ナイズされて麻辣が効いていない甘辛い味です。次回は麺と麻婆豆腐以外の注文をしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日お昼に訪問しました。感染対策で1グループ1席になるので人数の割に席が埋まってしまいました。
今回はサンマー麺と半炒飯のセットを注文しました。サンマー麺は麺の上に野菜あんかけがかかっているタイプ。ラーメンの上にあんかけがかかっているのを想像していたのでちょっと驚きました。あんかけから湯気が出ていないのでものすごく熱いやつを警戒しましたがちょうど良いくらいでした。具はもやし、にんじん、ニラ、玉ねぎ、きくらげ、細切り肉でした。野菜は焼き目が無く油感も無いので湯通ししているようです。そのためかあっさりとしています。
半炒飯は油少な目のパラパラしているタイプです。具は玉子、ネギとにんじんでした。にんじんが入ったチャーハンは初めてです。ちょっと不思議な感じがしました。

The ingredients were bean sprouts, carrots, garlic, onions, wood ear, and shredded meat. Vegetables are not blanched and have no oily feel, so they seem to be blanched. That's why it's easy.
Half-fried rice is a type with a little oil. The ingredients were eggs, green onions and carrots. This is the first fried rice with carrots. I felt a little strange.
