V	Vasilevski Victor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日高屋の2階にある(笑)中は円卓が一つとテーブルが3～4卓で小ぢんまりしている。元新宿京王プラザホテル出身(と知人から聞いた)のシェフが作るコース料理を堪能させてもらった。春巻や海老団子(海老しんじょに衣をつけて揚げたもの)は油っ濃さが皆無で春巻は厚目の皮で一つ一つ丁寧に包んであり(割れ、欠けもほぼなし！)、焼き色(揚げ色？)もほぼ均一で非常に手間をかけていることがよく分かる。スープなども口当たりはあっさりだがしっかりとダシが効いていて、年齢に関係なく食べられる。少し高級で、値段では日高屋にかなわないが、味はこちらの方が数段(もっとかも)上なのは間違いない。ただ、2階で階段しか恐らくないので、足の悪い人はキツイかも、後、店内の様子が外から見づらいので初めて行くと入りにくいかも知れない。 During the second floor of Hidakaya (laughs), there is one round table and three to four tables. h	harada Harada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おいし～い！！レビューでお値段高めとあったので若干身構えていましたが、表に出ているメニューを見てもこんなものでは？という感じでした。夜でもごはん、おかず、スープ、ザーサイみたいなボリューム感の定食が900円未満でいただけるので気軽に行ける町中華だな、という印象です。確かに一品料理で頼むと炒め物で1200円くらいするものもあるので、好きなものを頼むと高くなっちゃうこともあるかもしれませんが、そのぶんボリュームがあるなと思いました。麺に入っていたチャーシューが赤いチャーシューで、見た瞬間は「これ硬くて苦手なんだよなぁ……」と思いましたが食べてみるとまったくそんなこともなく、やわらかくてお肉の味がしっかりありました！マーボーナスは型崩れしていないのにとろっとろ、茄子自体の甘味もしっかりあってかなりおいしい。 2階にあるのでなんとなく入ったことはなかったのですが、行ってみたらおいしくてすごくいいお店でした。一人でも、状況がおさまったらグループでもまた絶対来ると思います。なくならないで欲しいなぁ。 It ’s delicious! !!
