★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提供された料理はどれも美味しかった。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気。給仕も適切で押し付けがましくなく、好感が持てた。地元食材を使ったお料理。このお店がオーベルジュでないことが惜しい。一緒にお酒をいただきたかった。車できてしまった。ありがとうございました。
All the dishes offered were delicious. The store has a calm atmosphere. The waiters were also appropriate and impressive, and I felt good. Dish using local ingredients. It is a pity that this store is not an Auberge. I wanted to have a drink together. I got a car. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地場野菜の知識が深く地方都市でよく頑張っておられます。味は好みなんでしょうが、コースのどれを取っても味の濃さと薄さとソースのチョイスに？というところが毎回ありました。舞鶴では貴重なお店なんですが。
He has deep knowledge of local vegetables and is working hard in local cities. I like the taste, but no matter which course you choose, you can choose the richness, thinness and sauce. There was a place every time. Maizuru is a valuable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16席とたいへんこぢんまりしたお店で、完全予約制です。ランチは予約が取りにくいようですが、ディナーは比較的取りやすいようです。
地の食材にこだわり、それ美味しく調理して、彩り良く盛り付けて供されます。その時々の旬の食材を使うので、ジビエが供されることもあります。冬には鹿肉のソーセージを頂きました。
コースの最後のコーヒー(または紅茶)には、軽い焼き菓子が添えられます。
季節ごとに通いたくなるお店です。
It's a very small shop with 16 seats, and requires a reservation. Apparently it's hard to make a reservation for lunch, but it's relatively easy for dinner.
It is served with special attention to local ingredients, deliciously cooked, and colorfully served. Because we use seasonal ingredients from time to time, we sometimes serve jibier. In winter I got venison sausage.
At the end of the course, coffee (or tea) is served with light baked goods.
It is a shop that you want to visit every season.

フォアグラのプレートが絶品です。
お料理はどれも丁寧で美味しいです。季節の食材を使っているところも嬉しい。
ゆったりとした空間で落ち着いて食事ができるので、カップルにオススメ。
ワインはリーズナブルなボトルもあるので選びやすいです。オススメもしてくれるので迷ったら店員さんに聞いてみるのが良いかも。
最後にデザートプレート出してくれるのがとても嬉しい。レモンタルト、酸っぱくて素晴らしいです。また行きたいお店です。
Because it was a wedding anniversary, I rushed and offered a 8,000 yen course! I forgot to take photos of soups and meat dishes ...
The foie gras plate is exquisite.
All dishes are polite and delicious. I am also happy to use seasonal ingredients.
Recommended for couples as they can relax and eat in a spacious space.
Wine is easy to choose because there are also reasonable bottles. It might be a good idea to ask a clerk if you get lost.
I am very happy to serve a dessert plate at the end. Lemon tart is sour and wonderful. I want to go there again.
