★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約の時はﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾌﾞｯｷﾝｸﾞしたと（これは不動産の手口なので仕方がないですが）、退出するときも、まだ契約が切れていないにもかかわらず、平然と他人が（室内に）下見に来る。（借りている人に許可もとらずです。）退出するときは対応が異様に遅く、退出してから２ヶ月経っても式礼金の手続きもしない。こちらがやっと催促して動き始める。
人によってなのでしょうが、うんざりです。
違う不動産屋にお世話になった方がいいです。

何度かお願いしても親切でした、
事務所はアクリルパネルなど、コロナ対策もされており、安心に契約もできました。
また、担当の方とはラインで連絡ができましたので打ち合わせや変更などもスムーズてした。
いちばんのおすすめは、たんとうしてくださる方がとても親身に相談やアドバイスをしてくれること。どんな小さな物件でも親身に対応してくれます。
