★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で緊急事態宣言が出ているのに対策が甘く、訪問するのが正直怖いです。
物件も古かったり環境が良くなかったりと今一な物件が多く、この☆の数はちょっと信じられませんし、退去時等の対応も惨い場合が多いので正直お勧めできません。
足立区の物件を探すならアパマンショップでも他のお店でも出てきますから、そちらで探したほうが賢明です。
Even though the state of emergency has been declared due to the corona wreck, the measures are not so good and I am honestly scared to visit.
Many of the properties are old or the environment is not good, so I can't believe the number of ☆, and I can't really recommend it because the response when moving out is often miserable.
If you are looking for a property in Adachi-ku, you can find it at the Apaman shop or other shops, so it is wise to look there.
