スープは豚骨ベースでコクがあり濃厚な味付けでクセになる美味しさでした。
チャーシューも表面が炙ってあり食べ応えのある美味しいチャーシューでした。
麺もスープとよく絡んで美味しかったです。
ランチにはライスが無料です。
高菜や辛子のにんにくのトッピングもあるので食べ飽きず、ガッツリ食べたい人にもオススメです。
ちゃんとしたお店なのでまた機会があれば伺いたくなります。
I ordered long char siu noodle pork bone base.

最初から営業時間まで開けておく気がないのであればいっそう電話で終了したと伝えてくれればいいのに。
無駄足でした。
もう行くことはありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一宮市にある麺家りょうま本堂に来ました！ロングチャーシュー麺(白)と半チャーハンをいただきました。とんこつは見た目濃い感じに見えますが和風であっさりしてスープがまろやかです。チャーハンがとても美味しいです！ラーメンも白黒赤と3種類ありどれも美味しいです。店員も元気があって店内の雰囲気も良いです。
I came to the noodle house Ryoma main hall in Ichinomiya city! I had long char siu noodles (white) and half fried rice. The tonkotsu looks dark, but the soup is mellow and Japanese-style. The fried rice is very delicious! There are 3 types of ramen, black and white red, and all are delicious. The clerk is also energetic and the atmosphere inside the store is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一宮のポルセン行く前に腹ごしらえしたくて、チャーシュー麺の美味しそうなお店検索したら出て来たので行ってみました。
ロングチャーシューの黒を注文しましたが、予想以上のデカさで食べ切れるか心配でしたが、何とかほぼ完食（ちょっと脂身残した）
五十過ぎのおっさんにはちとヘビーすぎたのて、半分お持ち帰りできると良いな。
ラーメンの味は個人的に好きです。
I wanted to get hungry before going to Porsen in Ichinomiya, so when I searched for a restaurant that looked delicious with char siu noodles, I found it, so I went there.
I ordered black long char siu, but I was worried that it would be bigger than I expected, but I managed to finish it almost completely (leaving a little fat).
It was too heavy for an old man who was over fifty, so I hope I can take half of it home.
I personally like the taste of ramen.

ロングチャーシューは食べ応えがありボリューミーです^^*
チャーハンも毎回注文しますがいつも美味しいです♪

チャーシューが肉っっっ！食ってる感で食べ応えがあって全然思ってた以上にあっさり食べれました！これプラス餃子とチャーハンもいただきました！餃子は小籠包みたいに肉汁じゅわわわーでチャーハンも味が濃くて全部が全部美味しかったです☺

今日も肌寒い。今年は寒い日が続き温かい物を食べる機会が多いが汗かきで‥。
激辛や味噌煮込みも外ではなかなか食べられず無難なのは普通のラーメン店。
ここも店の存在は知っていたが、行くのは初めてで前の店では冷やし中華メニューが好きで通ってました。
ただもう25年も前の話になります。
今の店を前もって予習すると白らぁめんなる和風トンコツメニューが美味しそう。ランチは半チャーハンもあるようで嫁さんと行ってみました。
私は予定通り「白らぁめん」(税込750円)、「半チャーハン」(税込390円)を注文。嫁さんは「塩らぁめん」(税込750円)と2人で「餃子(6個)」(税込350円)を注文してメニューを待ちます。
メニューは10分程で登場。白らぁめんはあっさりスッキリした和風トンコツですが、スガキヤのような魚介類の味はしません。メンマもしゃきしゃきで美味しいです。
その中に高菜を入れ味を変えていただくと、また味が違います。
ただチャーシューは固めで美味くなくて‥。
チャーハンはパラパラでこのチャーハンは美味い。
餃子はニンニクが入り、パリ皮の餃子でした。
塩スープもすこし飲ませて貰いましたが、やはり白トンコツのが良かったですね。帰る頃には満席。
半分の方が白らぁめんを注文されてました。

If you prepare for the current restaurant in advance, the white ramen Japanese-style tonkotsu menu looks delicious. There seems to be half fried rice for lunch, so I went with my wife.
I ordered "white ramen" (750 yen including tax) and "half fried rice" (390 yen including tax) as planned. The daughter-in-law orders "Shio Ramen" (750 yen including tax) and "Gyoza (6 pieces)" (350 yen including tax) and waits for the menu.
The menu will appear in about 10 minutes. White ramen is a refreshing Japanese-style tonkotsu, but it does not taste like seafood like Sugakiya. Menma is also crispy and delicious.
If you put the mustard in it and change the taste, the taste will be different again.
However, the char siu is firm and not delicious.
The fried rice is fluffy and this fried rice is delicious.
The dumplings were garlic-filled dumplings with Parisian skin.
I had them drink a little salt soup, but I like the white tonkotsu. It will be full by the time you return.
Half of them ordered white ramen.
