c	ca new on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初の滋賀県の回転寿司。店構えも小綺麗で良い感じ。海のない県なので主にネタは北海道のネタを使っていましたが、平均的に美味しく、値段もリーズナブル。卵は既製品ではなくお店で焼いているような美味しさ。サイドメニューのナス田楽や天ぷらもgood！一番際立ったのが、シャリの透明感！近年食べたお寿司の中で一番綺麗なシャリでした。つい店員さんに「お米の産地はどこですか？」と聞くと、数名のたらい回し後、「近江産です」との回答。恐るべし近江米。本当に透明感あってピッカピカのシャリで美しかった。板さんは数名あまり愛想がなかったですが、他の店員さんは愛想よく、京都弁に近いイントネーションがオツでした。ご馳走さまでした！また行きますね。 The first conveyor belt sushi from Shiga prefecture. み	みんちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼に訪問しました。席に案内されるとサービスのアサリの赤だしが出てきました。量は控えめですが出汁がきいていて美味しかったです。お寿司は一貫盛りが多くて色んな種類が食べれました。美味しかったですが照明の加減か食べ物が美味しそうに見えなく残念…。店員さんはテキパキとされ感じが良かったです。 I visited at noon on weekdays.
