M	Makky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石山で飲むのに迷ったらここ！ってくらい大好きです。名前の通り牡蠣のガンガン蒸し、浜焼き、カニ味噌など魚介類が美味しい。お酒の種類も豊富で日本酒が進みます！お造りは水槽で泳いでいるものを捌いてもらえたりもします。泳いでいる魚が見える席もあるので見てても楽しい。ただ、お造りの切り方があまり好みではなく残念他のお店と比べてマグロ、サーモンの切り方が一口で食べるのには少し大きいのとクラッシュアイスの近くにワサビが盛ってあるので浜焼きの熱で氷がすぐに溶けてしまい、ワサビが水没してしまう事があります。お造りの切り方、盛り付け方が違えば最高です。店員さんも新人さんの教育がしっかりしているのか質問した事にしっかり答えていただけました。コロナの影響で今はメニューの数が以前と比べて少なくなったそうで僕の好きなあん肝ポン酢が無くなったのが悲しいので復活する事を切に祈ってます。あん肝ポン酢で日本酒を煽りたい！あと、締めに海鮮なめろうをご飯セットで食べたら幸せになれます If you are unsure about drinking in Ishiyama, here!
