シロウオ、美味しかった。
太刀魚の塩焼き美味しかった。
最近は熟成ネタが独り歩きしているが、どうも好きになれない。
熟成したねっとり感より新鮮なコリコリ感の方が私は好みです。

オープンされて10年と言うことで10年ごしの訪問です。
かんざきさんが寿し幸田町店にいらした頃には良くお邪魔していました。
カウンター8席？かな、それと個室が１つで良い雰囲気です。
お昼の特上¥2500
大好きな穴子が出なかったのが残念でしたが、空気を含んでホロッと口の中で崩れる酢飯が何とも美味しいお寿司でした。

シャリは小さい、ネタも小さい。
ここまでだったら許せるが、ネタが何より粗悪。タコは何一つプリプリしていないし、最悪なのが青魚系で筋張っていてガムを噛んでいるような気分にさせられる。
トロ系も何も美味しくなく一言で言えばネタが死んでいる。
卵焼きのレベルで寿司屋のレベルがわかるとあるが、それは本当だと感じた。卵焼きが何一つ美味しくない。
これで価格だけは一流なのでさぞ儲かるだろうと思います。
ここは、プライドのある料理人の寿司屋ではなく味音痴が情報を食べているだけの商売人の店。写楽とかの方がまだ美味しいレベルです。
予約が一杯とか話題性だけでもっと修行を積んでちゃんとした料理人として寿司にプライドとこだわりを持って良い寿司を提供してもらいたい。

The rice is small and the material is small.
I can forgive it so far, but the material is worse than anything else. The octopus isn't pre-prepared at all, and the worst is the blue-backed fish, which makes me feel like chewing gum.
The Toro system isn't delicious either, and in a nutshell, the material is dead.
It is said that the level of sushi restaurant is known from the level of omelet, but I felt that was true. The omelet isn't delicious at all.
With this, only the price is top notch, so I think it will be profitable.
This is not a sushi restaurant with pride, but a restaurant with a business person who only eats information. Sharaku is still more delicious.
I would like you to take pride and commitment to sushi and provide good sushi as a proper chef with more training just because you have a lot of reservations or topicality.

味もさることながら、仕事が丁寧です?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静岡のお寿司ということで、かなりの期待でお邪魔しましたが、期待を大幅に超える美味しさで感動しました‼️ 勝浦のマグロ、絶品でしたよ。私はかなりの貝好きですが、赤貝、人生で一番美味しかったです。また、玉子もお見逃しなく！静岡で好きなお店が増えました。
