店内は雑然としておりお世辞にも綺麗とは言えない雰囲気なので、接待等には向かないかとしれませんが、仲間内でゆっくり話しながら飲むには良い雰囲気の個室です。
突き出し、刺身の盛り合わせ、銀杏、枝豆、カキフライなどをつまみながらメインの鰻を待ちます。ここは鰻がとても有名だそうですが、それ以外のお料理もどれも美味しい。枝豆は新潟のものではなく丹波の茶豆？だったかな？これがまた、身が大きくて美味しい。
麒麟山の温燗が合います。
鰻が出てくるのには相当時間がかかりましたが待った甲斐のある美味しさ。
身がふっくらとしており、脂も乗っていて本当に美味しい。絶品でした。
料理の提供がもっとテキパキされるともっと良いのかもしれませんが、少人数でやってる小さなお店ですから仕方ないですかね。
その辺は少し考慮に入れて行かれると良いと思います。(今回が特別混んでたのかもしれません)
We reserved and used a private room on the second floor for three people.
The inside of the store is cluttered and the atmosphere is not beautiful to compliment, so it may not be suitable for entertainment, but it is a private room with a good atmosphere to drink while talking slowly with friends.
Wait for the main eel while pinching sticks, sashimi platter, ginkgo nuts, edamame, fried oysters, etc. Eel is very famous here, but all the other dishes are delicious. Edamame is not from Niigata, but from Tanba? I wonder if it was? This is also big and delicious.
The hot sake of Kirinzan goes well.
It took a long time for the eel to come out, but it was worth the wait.
It's plump and has fat on it, so it's really delicious. It was excellent.
It might be better if the food is served more responsively, but it's a small shop with a small number of people, so it can't be helped.
I think it would be good if that area was taken into consideration. (Maybe this time was specially crowded)
