★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3人で行って、まとめてカードで払おうとしたら、カード一括ならひとりひとり別々にカード決済してもらったほうが店的にはいいですと、意味不明なこと上から目線で言われました。料理は美味しかっただけに何か残念な気分になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、内装がシンプルでおしゃれ。カウンターのみ、フラットな厨房は、大将の手捌きを見ることが出来て楽しい。普通の居酒屋では飲めない日本酒が揃っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い店です。店主も 客に媚びてません。しかし ちゃんとしてます。多分 飲んで大声や上から目線の態度はアウトです。恐らくは ここの店主 客がミシュラン三ツ星常連クラスでも 自分に合わないと 最低限の接隅でしょうか。自分の領域が確立されているのか 変な職人気質や背伸びした部分が 見受けられません。但し 技術も酒の目利きも確かです。至れり尽くせりのサービスが好きな方は不満かな？名古屋からですが 地元での支払いと比較すると 体感で6割位？新潟へ寄ったら再訪確定です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターのみでおいしくいただけます。1品ずつそれぞれがおいしくいただけます。ただ一人でやっているので、多くのお客さんがいると料理が出てくるペースは落ちます。
あと、星を3つにしたのは、オープンカウンターになっているのですが、ガスコンロ等が丸見えになっているのですが、正直、汚い感じがあり、清潔感にかけてしまうところが残念なところです。オープンにしているのであれば、そこまで気を使ってきれいにしてもらえるとより料理がおいしく感じられる気がしています。
