新潟駅での出張時にランチでお邪魔しました。 場所は新潟駅の繁華街の古町の路地。 開店と同時に行きましたがあっという間に席が埋まっていく。 予約するのがおすすめです。 寿司屋に来たならおすすめで、という事でおすすめの極みを注文。 醤油は通常の物とエビ出汁の醤油。 エビ出汁の醤油は南蛮エビ用との事。 一斉に握られたお寿司が並んで登場。 新潟産の物も多数ラインナップ。 南蛮エビは先程の醤油を付けるのだが、醤油のエビ感が凄まじい。 その醤油を付けて食べる南蛮エビが激うま。 少し足りなかったので追加でヒラメとのどぐろ、活タコ、だら身を注文。 ヒラメが身がなくえんがわなら、との事でえんがわに変更しましたが、さすがヒラメのえんがわ。 カレイとはわけが違ううまさ。 えんがわでむしろ正解かも。 だら身ってなんだろう、と思ったら白子でした。 これがまた激うまです。 このコスパで新潟の寿司を楽しめるのでおすすめです。

If you come to a sushi restaurant, I recommend it, so I ordered the recommended extremity. The soy sauce is normal and shrimp soup stock. The soy sauce of shrimp broth is for Nanban shrimp. The sushi that was held all at once appeared side by side. We also have a large lineup of products from Niigata. Nanban shrimp is sprinkled with the soy sauce, but the shrimp feel of the soy sauce is terrible. Nanban shrimp eaten with the soy sauce is a fierce horse. I didn't have enough, so I ordered additional flatfish, roasted octopus, and sloppy meat. I changed to a porch because I didn't have a flounder, but it was a porch. Goodness that is different from flatfish. It may be the correct answer rather than a porch. When I wondered what I was sloppy, I was a milt. This is another fierce horse. It is recommended because you can enjoy Niigata sushi at this cospa.

新潟の地物がとてもおいしい。 寒ブリは甘く、佐渡もずくはシャキシャキ。 南蛮海老真薯はサクフワ。香ばしく甘く旨い。

新潟旅行、夜のメインイベントのディナーで利用しました。 あれこれちょっとずつ酒のつまみにしながら食べたかったので、バラバラと一品づつ頼みました。 寿司を頼む際は、妻がトロより赤身が好き!とか私が貝が好き!と言った好みを反映して内容を調整してくれてとてもありがたかった。 郷土料理も、旬の料理も、名物もあれもこれも美味しく、良い酒が飲めました。 ただ一つ…村上牛のステーキ…? あれがいただけない。 冷え冷えで固い…真空低温調理かこういう調理法かな?と思おうとしたのですが、だとしても冷たいまま出さないだろうし。 やっぱりうーーん…いただけない。 というわけで、彩りもよく、味変アイテムもあれこれありましたが、これだけお値段と見合いませんでした。 寿司が売りの割烹屋さんでステーキを注文するのは違かったかな…と反省と後悔。 店員さんは明るく、対応もよく、良かったです。 ステーキはあれでしたが…(引きずってます。)

地元の美味しい魚がリーズナブル!満足しました。福島県浜通りから日帰りで来たことに後悔しませんでした。
Reasonable local delicious fish! I was satisfied. I didn't regret coming from Hamadori, Fukushima prefecture on a day trip.

A good restaurant for a quick dinner. A famous place in Furumachi, I would expect more from a Niigata taste, not outstanding fish but approved for a casual dinner.

Got the 15-piece "kiwami" sushi platter to try which costs 5,000 yen but includes local specialty fish Blackthroat Perch and uni. However if you are hungry the lunch set Chirashi don for 1,200 yen is super good value though and comes highly recommended. Great value and quality fresh sushi!
