ラーメンビリーplusの近くの地下にあります。
店内はそこまで広くないですが、女性客が中心に盛り上がっていました。来店時はほぼ満員。
注文を受けてから餡をつつみ仕上げるため、多少の時間がかかってしまいますが、とても美味しい餃子になっています。
餃子としては焼き餃子、水餃子、揚げ餃子があります。水餃子は注文後10分かからないくらいで提供されますが焼き餃子は20分程度になります(混み具合により前後有)。
待ち時間が長いですが、とても美味しい餃子になっているので待ってでも食べる価値有りです。
とても美味でした。
中国の解放軍の格好はよくわかりませんでした。昔の市民の格好のほうが空気感としては合ってると思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子だけで帰ろうと思ったが無理だった。この値段でこれは、そりゃ混みますわ。皮が厚めの水餃子も納得の仕上がり。ピーマン味を食べたけど、プレーンの豚はなかったようだ。エビはあったが食べてなくて後悔。あと春巻きも最高。ヨダレ鶏が特にそうだが、全体に味が濃いので、もう少し手加減してもらうともっと食えるだろう。それでも一人で、4000円近くいってしまった。仙台ではまずい食い物に当たったことがない連続記録が更新された。恐るべし

以前予約なしで来たら、20代女子数組の待ちがあって断念し、今回再訪。
中央に大テーブルがあり、それを囲んで壁際にテーブル席。広くはなく、荷物置き場に多少困った。
大テーブルの２人客は、向かい合って座っている感じ。
焼き餃子、野菜の甘味なのでしょうが？かなり甘さを感じます。
水餃子、とても美味しい。
よだれ鶏、今まで食べた中でタレが一番美味しい。このタレに餃子をつけて食べるのがオススメと言われ、その通りでした。
辛い唐揚げ、好みではなかった。辛いソースまみれで、旨味を感じることができず。普通の唐揚げが食べたいですね。
価格は安くないと思いますが、20代と思われるお客さまが多いのが意外でした。
こだわりの手作り餃子ですから仕方ないのでしょうね。

系列に小籠包の専門店もあるローカルチェーン店。
愛宕上杉通沿いにある。
置き看板はえっちな店のような鮮やかなピンク。でもえっちな店ではありません。
店は地下にある。細長く結構広い。20人は座れそうなアイランドカウンターと4人掛けが4-5卓。
席に座ってオーダーし、清算は帰るとき。

休日21時ごろの訪問。客入りは7割ほど。待ちはなし。男女比は7:3で女子同士のグループが多い。年齢層は20代中心。
大きなアイランドカウンターに案内されました。
ビールと餃子と1品料理をいくつか。
餃子は安くて旨い羽根付き餃子。肉汁が凄い。知らずに齧った1個目は、対面に座った人にまで噴き出したジュースが飛びました。（ごめんね）
1品料理もそれなりに良い。酒が進む。
気づいたら飲み放題の額以上に単品で飲んでました。
途中から飲み放題をお願いしたら「最初から」飲み放題つけてたようにしてくれました。優しい。。。
スタッフの対応◎。
安いし旨いし、料理と飲み物の出も早い。
また来ます。
