l	leta leta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の自分の担当さんは本当に酷かった。一番最初から借りる条件等を詳しく言った上で、「仲介手数料無料なのでうちで是非」と推されてこちらに決めたが、申込時に窓口で「あ、仲介手数料なんですが、かかりましたね、はい」と笑顔でごまかされ次の話に切り替えられたのにはびっくりした。謝りもされなかった。説明も一方的にリモートと言われて、来店希望したが叶わず閉店時間後にリモートになった。なので別日に契約書は来店で出したが、担当さんのミスで再度また来店することに、、、借りる側よりも自分優先に話をどんどん進められてびっくりした。せこいというか、上から目線というか、、、他人に相談したうえで担当さんをかえてもらいました、、、。正直同じ金額なら違う業者さんに頼みたかったです。そして担当をかえていただいたのに、まだ電話連絡もメールのやりとりも前の担当さんから来るのには本当に驚いたし怖い。すごく苦痛と嫌な思いで過ごした2ヶ月でした。よく自信満々にこちらを下にみてくるな、、、と驚いた。賃貸契約というのは高額であり、今後生活する大事な場所です。最初の話から9万も上乗せに、、、。このまま契約しても、借りた後気持ちよくずっと生活できないだろうなと思っています。正直毎日思い出すたびに具合いが悪くなります。お借りした後のこれからはどうか平穏でありたいです。今後のことも考えて投函に迷いましたが、絶対に無かったことにされたくない事実なのであえて口コミを投函しました。絶対におすすめできません。二度と頼みません。 The first person in charge was really terrible. m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産選びに若干迷いましたが身内が利用したことのあるミニミニさんを選びました。担当してくださった、女性の斉藤さん親切丁寧なご対応ありがとうございました。明るくて笑顔の可愛いスタッフさんなので斉藤さんおすすめです。物件の押し付け感もなく、来店するまでの間物件の案内や質問、連絡等も定期的にしてくださりありがたかったです。他社にも1度いきましたが男性のスタッフのトークが軽快すぎて…うさんくさい…という経験をしたことがあり、不動産屋さんてこんな感じかぁ…とちょっと不安でしたが、ミニミニさんは親切でした。たまにずっこけそうになるくらい天然な時ありますけど、斉藤さん一生懸命でいいスタッフさんですよ〜！ひとつだけ！不動産初体験のわたしにとっては、説明が理解できない部分（私の知識不足なのもありますが）これが普通なのか、高いのか等…すべての基準もわからないので、参考になるような探し方やここは注意点などのアドバイスをいただけるとありがたいなぁとおもいマイナス1となりました。 I was a little confused about choosing real estate, but I chose Minimini, which my relatives have used.
