店名はお蕎麦屋さんですが、今回は中華そばを注文。連れは油そば。 どちらも味はしっかりしてるのに、重くなく食べやすかったです。 油の質なのか、調理法なのか、 揚げそばがきも同様で美味しかったです。

県南に用事があり、その途中で蕎麦が食べたくなり、妻とふたりで昼頃初めて訪問しました。宮城県農業高校から西側にある住宅街の奥にあります。民家を改装した造りになっています。営業時間は11時~15時までで、ラストオーダーは14時30分となりますので、ランチ利用の際はご注意を。蕎麦はなくなり次第終了となります。 蕎麦は秋保の野尻産、水は地下水を使っているそうで、香りも良く、蕎麦の固さや太さ喉ごしも良く、ご年配の方も多くいらっしゃっていました。私と妻も、蕎麦湯までとても美味しく頂けました。画像はかき揚げてんざるの大盛です。 次回は、油そばを食べてみたいと思います。

樽水ダムの近くで秋保町の野尻地区の蕎麦粉を使用した蕎麦を食べることが出来ました、蕎麦は中太でしたが滑らかで食べやすい蕎麦でした。 セットのミニ叉焼丼は肉も柔らかく味付けも最高でした。

I recommend limited quantity 十割蕎麦 (Jyuwari soba) ¥900, which made from only buckwheat flour. I liked that texture and flavor. If you like to enjoy that flavor, try not to dip soba into soup too much because that soup is strong I think. そばもち(soba mochi) is chewy and delicious. You can have side dish and spring water for free:)
