Chama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13:30頃訪問。席がそれ程混んでいないのにも関わらず、かなり待たされました。接客するスタッフが少ない様子。やっと席に着き、天せいろを注文しましたが、山形そばを掲げていているのにこの味は残念に思いました。蕎麦の歯応え、香りなど山形で食べる蕎麦とは別物です。つゆは好みはあるでしょうが、ダシの香りが少なく甘すぎました。天ぷらは美味しいかったです。天ぷら用につゆと塩が提供されたのは良かったです。 Visited around 13:30. Even though the seats weren't so crowded, I had to wait a long time. It seems that there are few staff to serve customers. I finally got to my seat and ordered a bamboo steamer, but I was disappointed with the taste even though I was holding Yamagata soba. The texture and aroma of soba are different from those eaten in Yamagata. You may like the soup, but it was too sweet with a little dashi scent. The tempura was delicious. It was good that the soup and salt were provided for the tempura.
