山	山口彰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.5.28(金）午前11時15分に訪問しました。世田谷線三軒茶屋駅から5分位歩いた商店街の中にある町中華店です。カウンター８席、2人掛けテーブル席1台で、カウンター席は、２席分をアクリル板で仕切ってます。年配のご夫婦2人で営んでおり、旦那さんは黙々と調理しており、奥さんのほうは、見た目とは違い威勢のいい掛け声で、お客さんに接客してます。注文したのは、町中華定番のラーメン+半チャーハンセット950円。ラーメンですが、ゆで卵・メンマ・ワカメ・海苔・チャーシューが入ってます。意外と豪勢です。麺は細縮れ麺。スープも町中華特有の生姜の風味がし、アッサリしてるのですが、ちょっとショッパ目です。チャーハンは、パサパサ系で、若干正油の風味があるチャーハンです。ほどよい塩加減です。やっぱり町中華定番のお店は、普通に美味しく、飽きない味です("⌒∇⌒") I visited at 11:15 am on Friday, 2021.5.28.
