三	三茶散歩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪い意味では決してなく中華料理はどこも美味しい。お店ごとに個性のあるメニューはあるがそれもそんな忘れられないような出会いは今の時代なかなか起きない美味しくて当然という安定提供が当たり前になった幸せな時代には料理だけでまた来たいという価値がなかなか作りにくいそれでもこの店にはまた来たいと思わせる特徴があるそれは決して簡単に真似のできるものじゃないお店の大将がどこまでも優しくてなんか拍子抜けな柔らかさを醸し出しそれを見てお客が配膳やお酒のおかわりを自分で行いそのくせ料理はみんな「俺はこれが好き」「私はこれが美味しいと思う」と推しを持ってる。誰かに教えてあげたい、でもあまり人気になってほしくないきもする。だけど大将の作る中華をずっと食べていたいだからまた来るし誰かを連れて来るここはスナックのような中華やさんほかにはない唯一性がある。中華を食べに来てるのか大将に会いに来てるのかそれともこの空間に居れればそれでいいのか。例えほかより餃子が10円高くてもここで食事をしたいと思わせる。安売りなんてしなくてもゆるく繁盛し続けるここは地元と繋がってる中華コミュニティ居酒屋だ。 Never in a bad sense Chinese food is delicious everywhere.
