t	tao ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・患部を目視で確認しません。「はい、そっちも同じね」・時間を気にしてか、複数の症状の訴えに明らかな嫌悪感を示されました。半笑い、きつい口調で「それも今日やりたいんですか？どうします？」・処方する薬が何で、いつ、どのように使い、どのような効果があるのが説明がありません。薬には「指示された使用方法に従って下さい」とあり、調剤薬局の方に「先生は何とおっしゃっていましたか？」と聞かれましたが指示されていないので答えようがありませんでした。効果や使い方をGoogleで調べて塗っています。・イボを取る際に液体窒素につける綿棒？を都度テーブルに直で置きました。非常に不潔だと感じました。・焼く前に口頭で伝えることなくいきなり液体窒素を浸した綿棒を患部につけられ、大変痛く驚きました。・処置後の手当て・説明がありません。・「長く(数ヶ月)かかります」という治療の内容・方針の説明がありません。通院のペース、次回診療日の目安も言われません。・よって予約をどう取れば良いか分かりません。それについて受付のサポートもありません。患者の辛い気持ちを傾聴し、治療について説明し、納得を得た上で治療にあたるという意思を感じませんでした。そもそも安全で適切な治療を受けられるのか非常に不安になりました。可能なら★はゼロにしたいです。・Do not visually check the affected area. y	y kuro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3歳のこどもの通院で利用しました。まず部位を見せた途端に何も説明無しに検査が始まりました。綿棒で擦る程度だったそうですが、まだ語彙が少ないこどもが発する「いたい」と言う感想に嘘つくな、冷静に考えた方がいいなど驚くような言葉を発されました。その後こどもの口元を見せようとしたところ、飛沫を大変気にされていてこちらも嫌な気持ちになりましたので一度待合室に出て私がこどもの口元の写真を撮り写真での診察となりました。先生自身はマスクのみでしたが、飛沫を気にされて十分に診察をしていただけないのであればフェイスガードをするなどご自身で工夫をされたら良いのではないでしょうか？その後も子どもの様子についてこんなに嫌々したら〜など人格否定にとれるようなことまで言われました。信じられないほど嫌な気持ちになった通院でした。本当でしたら星はつけたくありません。もう2度と利用しません。 I used it for a 3-year-old child's outpatient clinic.
