★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年か前の冬に新潟県村上まで鈍行で旅した時、水上でお腹ぺこぺこMAXになり、こちらへ。初めてのおっきりこみうどん、おいしかったし温まったなあ。確か年末で他のお店が悉く閉まっている中、ちゃこさんのお店の灯りが灯台の灯りのようにありがたかったです。
お店の方も気さくに話しかけてくださって、お蔭様で楽しい旅になりました。
 When I traveled to Murakami, Niigata Prefecture a few years ago in a slow train, I became hungry on water and became MAX. This is the first time I had a delicious udon, it was delicious and warm. Certainly at the end of the year while the other shops were closing down, the light of Mr. Chako's shop was appreciated like the light of the lighthouse.
The shop also talked in a friendly manner, and it was a wonderful trip with a lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おっきりこみこみうどんが食べたくて寄ったのですが、8月でかなり暑いためおっきりこみうどんはお休みとのこと。
あとお酒もないです。
そこだけ本当に残念！
野菜うどんの冷たいのを注文。
野菜の天ぷら1つ
玉ねぎ
その他の野菜がのっていました。
味はほんの少し濃いめで好みでした。
店員のおじちゃんがフレンドリーで1人で来店した私に話しかけてくれて楽しかったです。

水上駅に来られた時はチャコ行ってみてくださいな。

It's a memory store right in front of Minakami Station, with the husband's frequent visits (◠‿◠) when it's delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おっきりこみ 1300円 ダシが美味しいです。さつま揚げゴボウ人参ゆで卵挽肉などなど具沢山です。初めてのおっきりこみなので比較は出来ませんがおじいさんがフレンドリーでかわいかったです。
Good price 1300 yen Dashi is delicious. Satsuma fried burdock ginseng with boiled fish and other ingredients. As it is the first time you can't compare, the grandfather was friendly and cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬名物の「おっきりこみ」を売りにしてるお店です。こねた小麦生地をへらの上から直接鍋の中へと「切り込む」調理法に由来してます。別の地域では「ほうとう」と呼んでますが同じものです。酒が出せないとなって、隣の土産物屋さんでサイダーを買って持ち込みました。連れは酒が呑みたくなって缶ビール持ち込み。?？
This is a shop that sells "Okiri Komi", a specialty of Gunma. The kneaded wheat dough is derived from the recipe of “cutting” directly from the top of the spatula into the pot. In another area, it is called “Hoto” but it is the same thing. I couldn't make liquor, so I bought a cider at the souvenir shop next door. My companion wants to drink sake and brings canned beer. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おっきりこみを食べました！具や麺を引き立てるのに完璧と言っても過言ではないつゆの中に、野菜やキノコ、こんにゃく、他にもたくさんの具が入っており、とても美味しかったです。鉄鍋のまま熱々の状態で出てきたのでより美味しさを引き立ててました！
I ate okkirikomi! It's not an exaggeration to say that it's perfect to complement the ingredients and noodles, and the soup contains vegetables, mushrooms, konjac, and many other ingredients, and it was very delicious. It came out in a hot state with the iron pot, so it was more delicious!

アットホームなお店で、芸能人の方も来てるみたい。
お洒落なお母さんにネイルを褒めてもらって、短い時間ながらたくさん喋りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is GREAT. So authentic to the region and so simple but done SO WELL. My parents and I came here for lunch because we had some time to chill before we had to catch our train and we weren’t sure of what to expect but we were sufficiently blown away. The broth was definitely a complex compilation of different stocks and flavors and the noodles appeared to be homemade (of made somewhere locally). The owner and chef were extremely accommodating with my egg allergy and take care in making sure that I had other extra items in my dish in place of the egg. If you are trying to have an authentic local experience, I definitely recommend this place. I will certainly be going back!!!!
