★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常事態宣言下のたくみの里でレストランが全て閉店していたので、その帰路で通りがかりに来店させていただきました。
通りがかりなのに大当たりでした。
看板メニューらしきトンカツと蕎麦をいただきました。カツはやや硬めの衣の中にミルフィーユ状の豚肉がジューシーて、蕎麦も香りが良かったです。
All the restaurants were closed in Takuminosato under the state of emergency, so I visited the restaurant on the way back.
It was a big hit even though I was passing by.
I had pork cutlet and soba noodles that seemed to be a signboard menu. The cutlet had a slightly hard batter with juicy millefeuille-like pork, and the soba had a nice aroma.

その他にもお蕎麦など沢山のメニューがあります。

この日はミルフィーユかつ定食、季節限定の味噌煮込みうどん、天ぷら盛り合わせをいただきました。
追記
その後訪れた時に天重、天ざるそばを注文しましたが、油が古かったのか天ぷらの見た目も味もビミョーでした。はずれの時もあるようです。

料理人が変わったのか、蕎麦の腰はなく自分の好みではなくなっていました。
重ね豚カツも前の方が良かったと思いました。星4つから3つに変更させていただきます。

鍋焼きうどんを頂きました。
きのこや野菜、海老天の他に、揚げ餅が入っていました。
つゆは濃いめ、
うどんはモチモチで美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚丼大盛り頼みました。大盛り御飯がぎゅっと入って豚肉も味付良かったです。
マカロニサラダ、お漬物、豚汁もとても美味しかったです。お昼のせいかコーヒーもつけてもらえて1050円でした。
お店の方も元気があって気持ち良かったです。
苗場方面のスキーの帰りに、たまたま寄ってみましたが観光客値段でなくいいですね。
夏にまた寄ってみます。
