土	土田知 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在来線しか通ってない駅です。上越線の乗り継ぎ駅なので乗り換えのお客でにぎわってます。駅前はレトロな風情。時間調整にコーヒーのコンニャクのセットメニューがオススメですよ。ココから上毛高原駅や谷川岳ロープウェイへのバス路線もあります。 It is a station where only conventional lines pass. It's a transit station on the Joetsu line, so it's crowded with transfer passengers. The front of the station has a retro atmosphere. The coffee konjac set menu is recommended for time adjustment. There is also a bus route from here to Jomokogen Station and the Tanigawadake Ropeway.

There are vending machines with hot and cold drinks. There's a covered outdoor sitting area with a taxi stand and, surprisingly, a taxi. The only inconveniencing thing might be lack of a public parking lot. There are some places you can park at if you want to walk for 5 or 10 minutes, but none of these are obviously signed. There is short-term parking right in front of the station but that's only useful for picking up and dropping off.
