Coming from your average golds in the us it is small but gets the job done with many unique machines. it’s not unusual to walk in and see some shredded shirtless dude pumping. 24 hours but is pricey at over 12,000 yen a month.

A small scale gym, but features enough equipment for a good bodybuilding workout and, interestingly, there are beautiful IPF approved iron plates. Head upstairs and follow the directions to the reception area, reasonably priced for a day pass. I would go back the this gym if in Tokyo again.
