近い、安い、通い放題 を条件にパーソナルトレーニングを探して見つけたのがここでした。通ってみたらトレーナーさん達は面白いし、でもちゃんと毎回バキバキに鍛えてくれるし言うことなしです。これからもよろしくお願いします?

今回縁あってマンツーマンのパーソナルトレーニングを体験させて頂きました! トレーニングは辛く自分との戦いですが一緒にやる人、そしてトレーナーさんのサポートを受けながらやる事がモチベーションの維持に繋がるかと思います!どんな形がその人に合うかは人それぞれですがここは通い放題の価格がとても安いのでそれも続けやすさのひとつ要因になると思います!是非体験からでもオススメ致します!
This time, I had a chance to experience one-on-one personal training! Training is a painful battle with myself, but I think that doing it with the support of the people who do it together and the trainer will help maintain motivation! It's up to each person to decide what shape suits them, but the all-you-can-eat price is very low here, so I think that's one of the factors that makes it easier to continue! 代々木駅西口出口より6分ほど歩いたところにあるパーソナルジム。 通い放題のプランと月2のプランがあります。 私自身は、月二回お世話になっていますが、初心者からでも参加でき、アットホームな雰囲気の中、筋トレ仲間もできるスクールみたいなジムです。 どうしても個人でやりがちなトレーニングも、グループでやることにより、継続できるのが強み。 今の自分に合わせた指導を、限界まで負荷をかける形で、いただけるのは魅力的。口コミでこのジムに集まっている感じだが、オープンなのも嬉しいところ。 一度、参加したらトレーニングに病みつきになるかもしれない。 また、お世話になります!

価格設定と通いやすさで即決で入会しました。他の方と一緒にトレーニングする事に最初は緊張しましたが、トレーナーも会員さん達も皆さん気さくですぐに慣れることができました。複数人で初心者の自分がついていけるかも不安でしたが、丁寧に見てくれるので大丈夫でした。楽しく通えているので、ジムで半年も続けられているのは初めてです。

I was worried that multiple people would be able to keep up with me as a beginner, but it was okay because they looked carefully. 去年の8月から週一で通っています。 筋トレをするとき一人だとなかなか限界まで筋肉を追い込めないという悩みを持っていたのですが、GOODLIFE GYMに通い始めてから週一だけ限界まで自分を追いこむ(しかも他のトレーニーが見ているからさらに追い込める!)ことができてとても満足しています! また、ジム自体の雰囲気もとても和やかで、毎回部位ごとに工夫されたメニューを楽しく行えているのも好きなポイントです。

When I was doing muscle training, I had a problem that I couldn't push my muscles to the limit by myself, but since I started going to GOODLIFE GYM, I pushed myself to the limit only once a week (and because other trainees are watching, I'm even more I can drive it in!) After 8 years without going to a gym, I decided to take semi-personal lessons, in order to get back in shape. Trainers will explain how to do the exercises and which muscles to use, as well as choose an adequate weight and number of repetitions to your level. You can take a break while other people do their sets, so having to share the lessons is not a problem. In fact, in 40 minutes we usually do 3 or 4 different types of exercises, which I think is quite efficient. After one month (three times a week), I can already feel my muscles are in better shape. I recommend this gym for their affordable and convenient lessons.
