★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 照明を落として音楽を大音量で掛ける中、コーチが前で見せてくれる動きを真似してトレーニング。自律精神が足りずマシンジムではすぐ怠ける自分には、こちらの絶対やらざるを得ない空気が最高に有り難いです。
また使う道具はケトルベルくらいで、自重トレーニングがメインなので、メニューを覚えれば持って帰って自主トレとしてやることも全然できます。（自分は根性がないので無理）
強度はなかなか高く、メニューにちゃんとついてこれればスパルタンレース等はかなりこなせるレベル。ついていけずペースを落としても大丈夫（適度に励ましてもらえます）
コーチ陣もフレンドリーで、クラス後にも動きを教えてくれたりストレッチを手伝ってくれたり有り難いです。
Training by imitating the movement that the coach shows in front while turning off the lights and playing music at a loud volume. I am very grateful for the air that I absolutely have to do for myself, who lacks the spirit of autonomy and is immediately lazy at the machine gym.
Also, the only tools I use are kettlebells, and my main focus is on self-weight training, so if you remember the menu, you can take it home and do it as a voluntary training. (I can't because I don't have the guts)
The strength is quite high, and if you follow the menu properly, you can handle Spartan race etc. quite well. It's okay if you can't keep up and slow down (you can get some encouragement)
The coaches are also friendly, and I am grateful that they taught me how to move and helped me stretch after class.
