m	ma kukuku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築のためにベッドやソファなどたくさん購入。ソファは入荷に時間がかかる為2ヶ月ほど待つことに。先にベッドを搬入。2階の寝室への搬入でしたが、休んでてもらって大丈夫ですと言われたのでリビングで待つことに。終わったあと確認へ。見た感じは傷も何も無く終了。一応お礼でコーヒーなど差し上げました。太ってる方と小柄な男性2人でしたが、小柄な男性ばかりが重いものを運んでいて可哀想に思えました。もちろん太ってる方は汗くさく、帰ったあとも寒い中窓全開に。約１ヶ月後、ベッドの下を掃除するために旦那と持ちながら移動。そしたら床に目立つ傷が。入居初日にベッドを運んだために確実に私たちがつけたものでは無い傷。動かさないと分からない、隠せるという事でそのまま帰ったのでしょう。その後購入店へ連絡するも弁償はなし。電話でのやり取りでも話は噛み合わない、傷を見に来た時も手ぶら、同じ接客業として考えられない。何故か全部返品してくださいと言われる。返品して私たちは何で寝ればいいのか？最悪な対応でした。 I bought a lot of beds and sofas for new construction.
